RETURNS

ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.

Sales on the following items are also final:

1. Special orders.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee. A refund can be processed to the original card used for the transaction, minus any fees charged by the credit card processor and the 20% restocking fee of the total amount of money paid to Weg's Guns. Refunds can also be issued via store credit for the full amount of the original transaction. Weg's Guns is NOT responsible for transactions "DENIED" by the FBI NICS background check process. Customers who have received a "DENIED" status by the FBI NICS Background check section, who have gone through the appeal process with the FBI NICS and have not received a "PROCEED" status, will be subject to the 20% cancellation and restocking fee of the total amount of money paid to Weg's Guns.

USED FIREARMS

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
